ðĢ Looking Ahead: September, Our Anniversary & the Fall Update!
ðïļ September: New Spawn Month
There will be no competitions during September!
We're setting the month aside so everyone can focus their creative energy on building our new spawn!
MoleCraft's official one-year anniversary is September 29, though we do not have an official date for the anniversary celebration yet.
ð Upcoming Build Competitions
When competitions resume, we currently have three build competitions in line:
- ð Bridges
- ðïļ Village Renovations
- âïļ Mini Games
If you'd like to host or sponsor any of these competitions, please reach out!
And remember, building competitions aren't the only competitions we can have! PvP, scavenger hunts, races, challenges, and other events are all fair game. If you have an idea for something you'd like to organize, let us know!
ð Anniversary Activities
We're starting to think about what we'd like to do to celebrate MoleCraft's first year!
If there's an activity you'd like to see, organize, or host, please let us know.
We are open to reasonable survival exceptions for the enablement of maximum entertainment opportunity for anniversary activities. If you've got a fun idea, pitch it!
ðģ Fall Update & World Trimming
We're anticipating Mojang's fall update, which is expected to bring poplar forests, wool and concrete stairs and slabs, and, most importantly... CUSHIONS!
With new content on the way, we'll be doing another trim of the world.
ð Overworld
As before:
- Outside 10k: If you have areas outside of 10,000 blocks that you would like preserved, please send us the coordinates.
This time, we're also taking requests in the opposite direction:
- Inside 10k: If you have areas inside of 10,000 blocks that you would specifically like reset, please send us those coordinates as well.
ðĨ Nether
We're also looking at doing a Nether trim.
If you have builds outside of 3,000 blocks in the Nether that you would like to keep, please send us their coordinates.
We'll share more information about the trim and the fall update as we get closer and know exactly when everything is happening.
September may be competition-free, but we're certainly not going to be bored.
